LifeTuning© is just what it sounds like - a Day Retreat, Pamper Session and Workshop giving you a chance to readjust your life, aligning it with your own heart's true desires. Each of the twelve pamper and self-exploration sessions focuses on a specific area of life.

LifeTuning© offers a flexible, year-long series of workshops, you may opt in and out of as your life allows. Each monthly session stands alone. However, the twelve sessions together create a holistic experience that connects and strengthens all facets of your life. Each month, new teachings, meditations and discoveries build on the self knowledge acquired at the previous workshops. With each progressive session, the goal is the same: to unlock joy and abundance in all areas of life.

Every workshop hosts a mindful eating lunch,as a key element of the LifeTuning© process.
